Description Ladislav Michnovic 2005-09-05 13:14:56 UTC
In slovak translation of YAST2, there are some mistakes. In first screenshot,
the name of section Novell's Armor has the same name in slovak translation as
Security and user's section. The items are in english. Rather, I will not try to
give here translation.
In the second screenshot, the section Miscellanious is in english, should bue
"Rôzne" (as in SL 9.3).

This is not a bug. Slovak is not one of Novell's officially supported
languages and it is translated by volunteers from the community. The Slovak
localisation of SUSE Linux is currently not complete and the missing entries
are displayed in English. The text "Miscellaneous" is included in the update
desktop files (entries.6.po). Adrian, is there still time to fix it?
Comment 4 Michael Gross 2005-09-06 09:06:40 UTC
Reducing severity to `minor'. (Sorry but translation related erros are not
critical).
Comment 5 Ladislav Michnovic 2005-09-12 11:12:09 UTC
But that's really strange that in 10.0 are missing words already translated in 9.3.
Comment 6 Karl Eichwalder 2005-09-12 11:45:36 UTC
I guess these already translated words or phrases went fuzzy form 9.3 to 10.0.
We did quite some proofreading of the English source texts and thus fuzzies are
to be expected.
Comment 7 Ines Pozo 2005-09-13 16:49:06 UTC
Closing as invalid because Slovak is a language maintained by volunteers and
the translations are included as they are.
Comment 8 Karl Eichwalder 2005-10-05 03:47:41 UTC
Maybe, "workforme" would be a more appropriate resolution flag instead of invalid.
Comment 9 Ladislav Michnovic 2005-10-07 14:58:30 UTC
IMHO "wontfix" would be even more appropriate.
