I installed apt.  
Then did "apt update"  
and was rewarded with the following message: 
E: Malformed line 6 in source list /etc/apt/sources.list (Absolue dist) 
after manually replacing %{suse_version_string} by 10.0 things worked fine.

Yea, bug in the .spec file. Fixed.
