Working here, but we also have another report of this somewhere. By chance you don't have both gnome-screensaver and xscreensaver running do you? no i do not have xscreensaver running Oops, meant to reassign, not resolve. i have tried it on a second machine, the problem doesnt occur there. the second machine (where it works) is freshly installed standard GNOME system (no manual changes in the software selection). The first one is also a freshly installed system, but much larger instalation - including complete KDE and other pckage selections. The second machine is probably running gnome-screensaver, right? If so, that might be a duplicate of bug #114729 both are running GNOME and gnome-screensaver. the second one has more packages installed (including kde) though Yes, looks like a duplicate of 114729. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 114729 *** probably not a duplicate, because the bug is still present in RC2 |
