The default GAIM away message is "slightly less boring default".  It should be
more sensible.

JP, this bug is pretty old. Have we fixed it? If so please close it.
If not I suggest to move it to SL 10.2 unless you really want
to still fix it at this point.

Lets see if this is fixed upstream in gaim 2.0.

Hi JP, I don't found this bug in gaim 2.0, the message "slightly less boring default" is the title of the window that when you away the gaim 1.5 will be popuped in the local desktop, since gaim 2.0 haven't this function and setting already. 
we could change the file src/prefs.c src/status.c po/*.po to improve the away message for gaim 1.5 now.

Correct, appears fixed in gaim 2.0 by not having a default here.  I think its likely we'll go to gaim 2.0 for openSUSE 10.3 and fixing it for SLED 10 would mean getting translations so I think we just push this to 10.3.

Pidgin is in 10.3.  We'll keep the patch in case we have any customer issues.
