I have tried to install RC1 (DVD9) on a machine with a Mobile Pentium MMX 
processor (i586). But the software selection did not resolve 
and /var/log/YaST2/badlist revealed glibc missing. 
Indeed, an i586 glibc is present on Beta4+ DVD but not on RC1 DVD. I have not 
seen any announcement about dropping i586 support so I think this is an 
oversight.

db and db41 also exist only in i686 but not i586. 
CDs have the same problem.

ok, problem in put_built found and fixed. 
 
aj, how to proceed. leave to be resolved with RC2 ?
