initial is for default/KDE the only mono application and as such drags around 
13 packages in the installation. And without being too critical, the 
application in its current form is not really worth that. 
 
As such I suggest to move it out of Laptop into Mobile.

- moved ial, initial from LAPTOP to MOBILE (#115849)
