Hi,

I have a Creative Notebook camera with vendor id 0x0572 and product id 0x0041.
This camera works well with the spca5xx driver http://mxhaard.free.fr/spca5xx.html

That driver is needed by a variety of webcams and I am surprised it isn't
included in SUSE 10.0 by default! 

Please ship this driver :-)

Can I bring up a request for the spca5xx driver in 10.1 now? Actually, I haven't tried 10.1 Alpha so I don't know if it is already included.

Closing old LATER+REMIND bugs as WONTFIX - if you still plan to work on it, feel free to reopen and set to ASSIGNED.

In case the report saw repeated reopen comments, it's due to bugzilla timing out on the huge request ;(
