two consecutive runs of lspci -v show different output, the following makes zero
sized diffs though 

# lspci -v >lspci1
# for i in `seq 10000`; do lspci -v >lspci2; diff -u lspci1 lspci2 >$i.diff; done

unable to reproduce.. does it happen with any konsole window size?

I just reproduced with default size.
It doesnt happen allways, but should be easily reproducible in few runs of the
lspci -v

I can't reproduce it either. And having the bug around doesn't help ;(
