I'm on Hungarian locale having English and German in addition. When first time I
started KDE, Ktip started and while navigating it's information, realized
quickly, that several of it's pictures/images linked are simply missing! e.g.
the printer icon was there, the head of the green chameleon was also visible,
but where others should be, only a grey box was visible.

Submitted fix, dunno if it will be in the release.
