Description Joe Harmon 2005-09-08 21:56:58 UTC
I am trying to run the network manager applet in gnome and when it trys to
launch I receive the error: "The NetworkManager applet could not find some
required resources. It cannot contine."
Comment 1 Andreas Jaeger 2005-09-09 05:03:09 UTC
NetworkManager is not per default installed anywhere and not ready for general
use, it's a preview of new technology. Lowering priority to normal.

Sorrey gnome-maintainers but I did not know what to do with this bug. I was
about to close it, but please decide it yourself.

Why would you close it? I understand that this is a preview, but the fact that
it isn't working still makes it a bug.

Could be the icon error.
Comment 5 Robert Love 2005-09-12 19:51:52 UTC
This is the gtk-update-icon-cache bug. Does that have a bug number?
