xawtv not found on media
Sorry, i forgot..... ;-)
Thanks Local CD5: ls -lh suse/i586/xawtv-3.94-7.i586.rpm -r--r--r-- 3 root root 172K 2005-09-06 04:11 suse/i586/xawtv-3.94-7.i586.rpm Could you, please, check, whether you really don't have any 'xawtv' package on the CD5? If you have, could you, please, try to install it with the rpm command? rpm -Uvh $package The package is on the cd. The output is the same: ls -lh suse/i586/xawtv-3.94-7.i586.rpm -r--r--r-- 3 root root 172K 2005-09-06 04:11 suse/i586/xawtv-3.94-7.i586.rpm Manual installation is successful, too. I will test it with a second and third computer to verify. After this, i can give you more information for status ;-) Also, please, try to check the media when starting the installation. Thanks. Sorry for my late post. On a second computer, the package was installed correctly. So you can close this bug. I think, it was a problem with the media or the dvd-drive (this is for knowlegde-base). But i found two new (small) bugs, one with the package yast2-repair on cd 1. Should i open new reports or should i wait to rc2? If you have found two different bugs, please, create two different bugreports. Everytime you report YaST bugs, please, attach YaST logs. This would speed up the solution. Thanks |
