Steps to reproduce:
1. Click Start/System/YaST to launch YaST Control Center
2. Click the "Hardware" option in the left navigational panel.
3. Click the "Printer" option in the right-hand panel
4. Click the "Other" button

Expected result: all entries in the drop-down should be localised.
Actual result: "CUPS Server Settings" is untranslated.

This is the same for all languages.

This comes from /usr/share/YaST2/include/printer/dialogs.ycp line 2177. Looks
like this has been resourced in printer.po but the case of the msgid is
mismatched. It should be changed in the ycp file to "CUPS Server Se&ttings".(
instead of "CUPS server se&ttings").

This should then pull in the correct string for all languages.

The submenu of "CUPS Server Settings" does not exist on JPN build SLES10 SP2 OES SP1 Beta3.10
