When you're trying to install a news package (here Apache2) without having 
specified a source installation, the error dialog box have some <p> and <b> tag 
in it.

I've found another flying tag on the Apache configuration wizard. A /h3> tag.

first one fixed, the second is proabably just in translation it works for me
please, create another bugreport for translators
