it doesn't require it, it's only needed if you want plugins. And as far as I know is the reason we install kdebase3 with GNOME the helpcenter not konqueror + plugins. So I won't add the requires and as long as RPM doesn't have a "suggest" field, I can't fix it In this case, you can change error message: "If you want to use plugins, you have to install kdebase3-nsplugin package." |
