If you switch the primary language in YaST from whatever e.g. to english, the  
module removes also the KDE-Translations. Perhaps this was guessed as a 
feature, but for most users this is a bug. 
 
1. I think it's not a good idea to delete language-packages automatically  
2. I think it's not a good idea to delete any package without telling it to 
the user.
