It seems that an additional serial card is the reason for the messages.
Removing the card will not produce this messages.
Serial Card is from Sunix, detected as :
01:03.0 Serial controller: Timedia Technology PCI2S550.

Replaceing from Slot 2 to Slot 4 on the Mainboard is solving the problem.
