I found that scim-anthy isn't in 5 CD version. But I think it's very useful for
Japanese users. Is is possible to add it into 5 CD version?

Yes, scim-anthy should be the default. scim-uim is optional.

Therefore I suggest to add scim-anthy to the 5 CD version and remove
scim-uim, uim, uim-qt, and uim-devel instead to get the necessary space.

I agree. And please make sure that 5GB DVD version includes scim-anthy as well.
And I found that scim-input-pad isn't in 5 CD version, it's just ok for me. But
please make sure that it's in 5GB DVD version.

the 5GB DVD is a purely internal variant for testing only and will 
never be seen by any customer. 
 
added scim-anthy, given it's just 280Kb in size.
