During the installation the last step, where the hardware gets recognized and
configured should contain the option to open the port for network printing like
the YaST printer module does. Otherwise I have to start this module later in the
system to get the network printing run.

Closing old LATER+REMIND bugs as WONTFIX - if you still plan to work on it, feel free to reopen and set to ASSIGNED.

In case the report saw repeated reopen comments, it's due to bugzilla timing out on the huge request ;(
