The last patch for SaX has been applied to PPC systems only. Before 
merging to stable we should test SaX on an ix86 desktop and laptop 
system  
 
applied is the patch which was gone to ppc but not to stable jet

tested on baker.suse.de and on my test-laptop. Works as expected
