Are you sure? Belgian keyboard really should be selectable - see the
screenshot.
If you are able to reproduce the behaviour without belgian keyboard, please attach the log files and the screenshot: http://www.opensuse.org/Bug_Reporting_FAQ#YaST No need for a screenshot. But I forgot to mention the belgian choice is missing
in the
manual setup program
