Description Michael Stather 2005-09-15 18:02:38 UTC
In RC1 I can´t add a SMB printer any more. I correctly fill out the fields but
when I try to scan for a printer on the server nothing is returned and when I
try to test the connection there´s an error.
Unfortunately there´s no information on the errors, I think this could be
improved. SMB works in KDE and in 9.3 the adding a SMB printer worked too.

I don´t see that this bug is a duplicate of the one you assigned it to. Good if
it´s fixed though, but the problkem isn´t about the workflow but about SMB
printing not working in general

Please, try 'fresher' version.
If the bug is still there, reopen it and put log files
