Description Mathias Rabe 2005-09-15 19:40:00 UTC
I updated my suse 9.2 to suse 10.0 RC1. I reinstalled my soundfonts for my
soundkart (Creative Audigy Player). After a reboot yast said that i hadnt
installed it and i couldnt hear any sound. After a rereinstallation of my
soundfonts it worked quiet good. But I have to reinstall it after every reboot.

The report sounds confusing. Please elaborate what you cannot hear.
The soundfont has nothing to do with PCM.

Note that after update from 9.2 or older version, you likely need to reconfigure
the sound device via yast again. See README.SuSE in alsa package.
