I wanted to configure the internal modem of my notebook and yast complained
about a missing package: smartlink-softmodem.
Had been available in 9.3

This package is not being distributed with the OSS-version (the one you can
download on opensuse.org) because it contains proprietary software. It will be
contained on the shipped version, though.

Furthermore, these packages are downloadable from several mirrors. Do a search
there.

This is no bug so I close it.
