When presented with the license information I tried to read all of it using the
down cursor key. The information did not display correctly - some lines were not
redrawn at all.
Using PageDn worked fine.

Redraw problem -> Qt problem.  
 
The YaST2 Qt UI simply uses a QTextBrowser widget. If there are any redraw 
problems, it's that widget's fault. We are using that on a very high level - we 
don't care about details like redrawing.

This looks like a driver problem. Can you try with a different graphics card?

Hardware clarification

The machine is a Dell Inspiron 9200. Yast identifies the graphics card as "ATI RV350 NP"

Sorry about the empy attachment. I couldn't suss out how to make just a comment.
