Description Zlatko Michailov 2021-02-10 19:32:13 UTC
This is a follow-up from bug 1177169.

After manually changing /boot/efi/config.txt (see bug 1182080), there is sound on Raspberry Pi 4. However, no sound card appears in Yast > Hardware > Sound.

I expect to see the hardware component that produces the sound along with the ability to manage its settings.

Take into account that YaST Sound is not exactly the most maintained YaST module. Nobody is expected to need it in modern times and it's still in the distribution just to cover some corner cases.

Anyway, I will put this bug in the yast2-sound queue... just don't hold your breath for the subsequent steps. ;-)
