not a blocker Hi joe, For support-forums.novell.com no authentication is required. So please do *not* give any user name(and password) in the configuration section (According to http://support.novell.com/forums/faq_nntp.html) there is no need for authentication and no secure channel. After you add this account. Go to Folder->Subsricptions and select the configured NNTP account. You will be shown a list of all the forums that are available on the server. Chose one and clicking subscribe should show the account in the evolution. HTH. working for public forums |
