Description mike sheridan 2005-09-22 18:12:58 UTC
This bug is against SLES9 SP2. We are not able to select SLES 9 as the
desired product. This is applicable to both 32bit and 64bit.

During a pserver upgrade from SLES 9 SP1 to SP2
the file /etc/inittab was replaced and so
was missing our rcons0 line. This file is part
of the aaa_base rpm and is marked as a "config"
file in that rpm. We expected to see any config files
that may need merging listed in the file
/var/adm/rpmcheckconfig when the update was completed but
no such file existed.

- please use the appropriate bugzilla login for filing SLES9 bugs.

/etc/inittab is marked as %config(noreplace), and the file has not
been modified during the complete sles9 product cycle, so whatever
removed the "rcons0" line was not the service-pack update.
