Description mike sheridan 2005-09-22 18:30:13 UTC
This bug is against SLES9 SP2. We are not able to select SLES 9 as the
desired product. This is applicable to both 32bit and 64bit.

After a SLES 9 SP1 to SP2 update,
NAS (NFS) pservers weren't booting. This was traced to a change to
/usr/klib/bin/sh when the udev rpm was upgraded. The new
"sh" apparently has a change in functionality which broke the
mount command in our linuxrc file. With the new "sh", we
need to use an "eval" when passing a command.

There doesn't appear to be a corresponding entry describing this change
in the SP2 ChangeLog file.
