In desperate search for pam_appl.h I found out that no RPM package within the
five SUSE-10.0-CD-OSS-i386-RC1 CDs contains that file. It is expected to ship
with pam-devel but this package was omitted. Worse, to rebuild pam-devel from
source a lot of additional packages are required and libselinux-devel,
cracklib-devel and gettext-devel are also missing, further extending the scope
of this bug. This means that no PAM related development is currently possible.

Sources are only on the DVDs or in the ftp tree.
