When I click on the powersave applet and choose "open YaST powersave module" the
module opens. But when I exit this with "cancel" (not "quit") I get an error in
the taskbar about the module couldn´t be opened.

This works for me. Both, the `abort'-button and the `cancel'-button are working
fine with RC (final). So if this was a problem, it probably has been already fixed.
