When "Dutch keyboard" is selected in YaST, US map is used. Is it a bug or is
there any reason for it?

1. setting "dutch" layout to "nl.map.gz" in keyboard_raw.ycp
2. setting default mapping from language (nl_*) back to "english-us" in
lang2keyboard.ycp

result: US map is default when Dutch is chosen as language, but can be changed
manualy later.

fixed in yast2-country-2.13.2
