In a YMP file I added 
<item action="remove"><name>mozilla-nss-certs</name></item>
 and that is not noticed anywhere in the output of OneClickInstallCLI.

OneClickInstallUI at least has a section for removals where a user can see it,
though it is also missing in the summary there.

One-click-installer is not really developed anymore. It has not seen any relevant improvement at least since it was converted from YCP to Ruby around ten years ago.

Creating a Trello card for this just in the very unlikely case development restarts in the future.
