There are many programs, which are able to use only first soundcard without any
chance to change this behavior.

Having more sound cards of different types, YaST detects them in pseudo-random
order without chance to set, which card is primary. If you need second card as
primary, it is not possible to do it in YaST.

Havin Up/Down buttons or at least being able to define primary sound card would
be useful.

(Ugly workaround is to remove all configured sound cards and configure them in
the required order.)

Implemented in yast2-sound-2.13.15
