Description Andreas Hanke 2005-10-03 23:43:07 UTC
cairo is packaged, but the cairo bindings are not. It's a small package (< 100
kB, with additional 200 kB for dependencies and another 200 kB for development
packages of dependencies), why not add it?

I'll attach my SPEC files for these packages.

SPEC file for python-cairo

python-cairo is useful for some third-party applications, e.g. BKchem uses it
for PDF export.

GNOME team, please add this for 10.1.

Taking the bug and creating new packages.
Comment 6 Stanislav Brabec 2005-11-02 16:36:00 UTC
Cairo updated to 1.0.2. All packages created with following optional support missing:

libsvg: expat support seems to be broken
python-cairo: python-gtk support requires old pygtk < 2.7.0
