/srv/www/tomcat5/base/webapps/umin/WEB-INF/classes/oxuserminconfig.properties
contains LDAP and PSQL authentication data which has to be edited by the admin,
otherwise umin won't work. However, this file (and the other property files in
that directory) are not marked as %config in the spec file, resulting in that
the files get overwritten without a warning on an update via RPM.

Now fixed in STABLE
