YaST has a mapping for timezone names (timezone_raw.ycp) and it includes
   "Europe/Skopje" => _("Macedonia")

Then we have an entry for the name of the language, _("Macedonian") and there is a corresponding language name dispute, with its own Wikipedia page :-D https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Macedonian_language_naming_dispute and there the resolution is: Keep using the name Macedonian.
