Nvidia repo is not accessible, url does exist but something is wrong with it. Not sure if it's somehow related to latest SCC issues.

This might require that we publish libzypp (and interdependend packages) to the INSTALLER UPDATE channel of SP3 and SP4.

We have not done so so far.
