## Observation

This issue can be reproduced when doing zypper remove multiple packages and some of them don't exist in the OS.

e.g. zypper rm "arphic-ukai-fonts arphic-uming-fonts baekmuk-*-fonts noto-*-tc* noto-*-jp* noto-*-kr* wqy* adobe-sourcecodepro-fonts xorg-x11-fonts-converted"

and follow the procedure, then after "adobe-sourcecodepro-fonts" and "xorg-x11-fonts-converted" are removed successfully, the wrong error message "Installation has completed with error" can be seen from the terminal.

In fact, we are doing uninstallation operation not installation.

Below link is a good example which can reproduce this issue.
