Many of my package get building unresolvable to build in Leap 15.x because:

conflict for providers of suse-module-tools needed by kmod, (provider suse-module-tools conflicts with filesystem)

Solved.

Was my fault, I had branched suse-module-tools and there was a
conflicts filesystem < 16 in the spec.

deleting the suse-module-tools min my Repo does it.
