The issue applies to all versions prior 15.5 with python3.6 https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1105891, going via Factory (the package version didn't change between 15.5 and Factory). Do you want me to add the dependency also in 15.4 without the version change? Anyway, https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1105906 (the nice) and https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1105907 (the ugly). I hope that is all. openSUSE-RU-2023:0238-1: An update that has one recommended fix can now be installed.
