This is a well known issue with the webkit upgrade in that it requires the evolution frame flattening patch:

THe problem is this patch isn't in the default Leap 15.4 evolution:

evolution-3.42.4-150400.3.3.1.x86_64

The patch is in the GNOME:STABLE:41:evolution version and installing

evolution-3.42.4-lp154.4.1.x86_64

From that repo fixes the issue.  It has to be force installed because zypper thinks the former one is newer.
