aaa_base contains /usr/etc/profile.d/alljava.sh which sets some java environment variables. That clearly shouldn't be in aaa_base but rather some java package.
Or maybe not exist at all. Bug 1107342 shows that java still uses update-alternatives while it should switch to using libalternatives. Maybe an opportunity to clean up that env file too.
