journalctl output after restarting NetworkManager.service

Overview:
When I run sudo systemctl restart NetworkManager.service, it restarts and networking works, but the GUI of networkmanager in kde disappears (see screenshot). Nmcli still works fine for changing settings.

Steps to reproduce:
1. sudo systemctl restart NetworkManager.service
2. see that the gui part of NetworkManager breaks

Actual results:
networkmanager gui is gone

Expected results:
Service should restart and work as before with gui working properly.
