According to the release announcements the last two patch updates are security fixes:

*UnRAR is an open-source library by the makers of WinRAR which we bundle with ClamAV under the name "libclamunrar". We are concerned that ClamAV may be affected by CVE-2023-40477.

Beware, the former has the version numbers wrong in the subject (0.103.9 instead of 0.103.10), but correct in the mail body.
