List of impacted packages in Factory

The deprecated RPM %patchN syntax is expected to turn into a hard error sometime next year in RPM 4.20. We should fix our packaging before then.

From a cursory search in security:SELinux I found the following packages to be impacted:
- mcstrans
- policycoreutils
- restorecond

Attached what I think is the full list of impacted packages in Factory.
