Desktop screenshot showing empty Trash folder in Dolphin with incorrect Trash icon on desktop.

In openSUSE Tumbleweed (current upgrade version is 20231108), the KDE desktop Trash icon does not reset when Trash is emptied. 

Have tried logging out and also rebooting, resulting in no change.
