Screenshot of bad sorting in spanish
In spanish, an accented A (Á) is supposed to be sorted as a normal A
Rodrigo: Is banshee being run in a Spanish locale (with associated LC_COLLATE), or is this something banshee should Just Know? Aaron: Is banshee using the locale to do sorting? I'm adjusting the summary. Please correct it if it's not right. I'm running it in an English locale, although, IIRC, rhythmbox sorted it correctly I'm not sure how an accented A is supposed to be sorted in an English locale. I'm not sure what locale rhythmbox was running in. Does banshee sort it correctly in a Spanish locale? Rodrigo? Let's close it, since it is indeed on an English locale. |
