## Observation

This has started to show up since the upgrade of podman to version 4.8.0
The error only happens on upgrades from 'very old' MicroOS installs (test updates from 20230125 to 20231129; fresh installs are ok)

Error: database graph driver "" does not match our graph driver "overlay": database configuration mismatch
