Hi,

I tried to rebuild python-PyICU against icu 73 (just try rebuild without source changes) and it fails the testsuite afterwards.

openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP4:Update/python-PyICU
openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP5:Update/python-PyICU

perhaps you can just update to factory python-PyICU?
