I'm starting to look into starting an effort to support openSUSE on
Apple Silicon Macs, and in order to do so, I need an OBS project for
this.

Could you please create it for me and give me maintainer permissions
for it? I will also need it registered as a devel project that can
submit to Factory too.

this is handled via devel:ARM:Factory:Contrib:Asahi
